Information We Collect

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، وكلمة المرور (تُخزَّن بشكل مشفّر) عند إنشاء حسابك من قِبل مسؤول مساحة العمل.
• Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored encrypted), created by your workspace administrator.
• بيانات مساحة العمل: المشاريع والمهام والملاحظات التي تنشئها أو تشارك فيها داخل مساحة العمل الخاصة بك.
• Workspace content: projects, tasks, and notes you create or are assigned to within your workspace.
• بيانات الجهاز: معرّف إشعارات الجهاز (Device Token) لتمكين الإشعارات الفورية.
• Device data: a device notification token, used to deliver push notifications.
• بيانات الاستخدام: سجلات فنية أساسية (مثل أوقات تسجيل الدخول والأخطاء التقنية) لتحسين استقرار التطبيق.
• Usage data: basic technical logs (such as login times and error reports) used to improve app stability.

مشاركة البيانات

Data Sharing

بيانات مساحة العمل (المشاريع والمهام) تكون مرئية فقط لأعضاء مساحة العمل نفسها، وفقًا للصلاحيات التي يحددها مسؤول المساحة. لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية لأي طرف ثالث. نستعين بمزوّدي خدمات تقنية موثوقين (مثل خدمات الاستضافة والإشعارات السحابية) لتشغيل التطبيق فقط، وهم ملزَمون بحماية بياناتك.

Workspace content (projects and tasks) is only visible to members of that same workspace, based on the permissions set by the workspace administrator. We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We rely on trusted technical service providers (such as hosting and cloud notification services) solely to operate the app, and they are required to protect your data.

We retain your data for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us at the email below.

Data Security

تُنقل بياناتك بين التطبيق وخوادمنا عبر اتصال مشفّر، ويتم التحقق من هوية المستخدم باستخدام رمز دخول آمن (Token) مع كل طلب.

Your data is transmitted between the app and our servers over an encrypted connection, and identity is verified using a secure access token with every request.

Children's Privacy

تطبيق Activa مخصص لإدارة الأعمال والمشاريع، وغير موجّه للأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات من هذه الفئة العمرية.

Activa is a business and project management app not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from this age group.
